【摘要】:ThispartoftheTechnicalReportconstitutesacodeofpracticedealingwithinspectionrelevanttoradialcompositedeviations,runout,tooththicknessandbacklashofcylindricalinvolutegears;i.e.,withmeasurementsreferredtodoubleflankcontact.Inprovidingadviceongearcheckingmethodsandtheanalysisofmeasurementresults,itsupplementsthestandardISO1328-2.MostofthetermsusedaredefinedinISO1328-2.AnnexAprovidesamethodtoselectgeartooththicknesstolerancesandminimumbacklashofagearmesh.Suggestedvaluesforminimumbacklashareincluded.
