【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61010specifiesgeneralsafetyrequirementsforthefollowingtypesofelectricalequipmentandtheiraccessories,wherevertheyareintendedtobeused.a)ElectricaltestandmeasurementequipmentThisisequipmentwhichbyelectromagneticmeanstests,measures,indicatesorrecordsoneormoreelectricalorphysicalquantities,alsonon-measuringequipmentsuchassignalgenerators,measurementstandards,powersuppliesforlaboratoryuse,transducers,transmitters,etc.NOTE1Thisincludesbench-toppowersuppliesintendedtoaidatestingormeasuringoperationonanotherpieceofequipment.PowersuppliesintendedtopowerequipmentarewithinthescopeofIEC61558(see1.1.2h)).Thisstandardalsoappliestotestequipmentintegratedintomanufacturingprocessesandintendedfortestingmanufactureddevices.NOTE2Manufacturingtestequipmentislikelytobeinstalledadjacenttoandinterconnectedwithindustrialmachineryinthisapplication.b)Electricalindustrialprocess-controlequipmentThisisequipmentwhichcontrolsoneormoreoutputquantitiestospecificvalues,witheachvaluedeterminedbymanualsetting,bylocalorremoteprogramming,orbyoneormoreinputvariables.c)ElectricallaboratoryequipmentThisisequipmentwhichmeasures,indicates,monitors,inspectsoranalysesmaterials,orisusedtopreparematerials,andincludesinvitrodiagnostic(IVD)equipment.Thisequipmentmayalsobeusedinareasotherthanlaboratories;examplesincludeselftestIVDequipmenttobeusedinthehomeandinspectionequipmenttobeusedtocheckpeopleormaterialduringtransportation.
