【摘要】:GCLsmustbeproperlymanufacturedinamannerconsistentwithaminimumlevelofqualitycontrolasdeterminedbyin-housetestingofthefinalproduct.Thispracticesuggeststhetypesoftests,themethodsofthetestingandtheminimumtestingfrequencies.Itshouldbeclearlyrecognizedthatmanufacturersmayperformadditionaltestsoratgreaterfrequencythanrequiredinthispractice,orboth.Inthiscase,themanufacturer''squalitycontrolplanwillthentakeprecedenceoverthispractice.ThequotedtestsandtestmethodsinTable1mustappearintheQCplanandtheQCreport.ItshouldalsoberecognizedthatpurchasersandinstallersofGCLsmayrequireadditionaltestsoratagreatfrequencythancalledforinthispractice,orboth.Theorganization(s)producingsuchprojectspecificspecificationorqualityassuranceplanshouldrecognizethatsuchrequirementsarebeyondthecurrentstateofthepractice.Ifsucharequestismadebypurchasersorinstallers,theyshouldclearlycommunicatetherequirementstothemanufacturerorsupplierduringthecontractdecisionsinorderthatdisputesdonotariseatasubsequenttime.TABLE1MinimumTypesofTestsandTheirFrequenciesfortheQCofGCLsTestDesignationTestMethodFrequencyofTestingReportValueClay:A
