【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61747givesdetailsofthequalityassessmentprocedures,inspectionrequirements,screeningsequences,samplingrequirementsandtestandmeasurementproceduresrequiredfortheassessmentofliquidcrystaldisplaymodules.Thisstandardisrestrictedtotransmissiveliquidcrystaldisplay(LCD)modulesusingeithersegment,passiveoractivematrixandachromaticorcolourtypeLCDs(seeClause3,chromaticityandpixeldefinitions)thatareequippedwiththeirownintegratedsourceofilluminationorwithouttheirownsourceofillumination.Forbothrearprojection-displaysystemsandfrontprojection-displaysystems,opticalperformanceonthescreenisnotonlydeterminedbythepanelperformanceasdescribedinthisstandard,butalsobythelightingsystem,suchastheprojectionlens,screen,lightfilter,etc.Therefore,thisstandardisnotapplicabletosuchprojection-displaysystems.(Nevertheless,forthedeterminationof"onthescreen"opticalperformanceofrearprojection-displaysystems,thisstandardmaybeusedasaguideline).Inordertoachieveausefulanduniformdescriptionoftheperformanceofthedisplaydevicescoveredinthisstandard,specificationsforcommonlyacceptedrelevantparametersareprovidedandfallintothefollowingcategories:a)generaltype(e.g.pixelresolution,diagonal,pixellayout);b)optical(e.g.contrastratio,responsetime,viewingdirection,cross-talk,etc.);c)electrical(e.g.powerconsumption,EMC);d)mechanical(e.g.modulegeometry,weight);e)passedenvironmentalendurancetest;f)reliabilityandhazard/safety.Inmostcategories,thespecificationisself-explanatory.Forsome,however,notablyintheareaofopticalandelectricalperformance,thespecifiedvaluemaydependonthemeasuringmethod.Theobjectofthisstandardistoindicateandlisttheprocedure-dependentparametersandtoprescribethespecificmethodsandconditionsthataretobeusedfortheiruniformnumericaldetermination.Itisassumedthatallmeasurementsareperformedbypersonnelskilledinthegeneralartofradiometricandelectricalmeasurementsasthepurposeofthisstandardisnottogiveadetailedaccountofgoodpracticeinelectricalandopticalexperimentalphysics.Furthermore,allequipmentneedstobesuitablycalibratedbycompetentpersonnel,andrecordsofthecalibrationdataandtraceabilityneedtobekept.
