【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversmeltprocessiblemoldingandextrusionmaterialsthatarecopolymersoftetrafluoroethylene(TFE)containingperfluoroalkoxysidechains.Thesesidechainsarepredominatelyperfluoromethoxy(MFA)chainsderivedfromperfluoro(methylvinylether)andmaycontainperfluoroalkoxygroupsfromotherperfluoro(vinylethers).Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverrecycledplastics.Thetestsinvolvedareintendedtoprovideinformationforidentifyingthematerialscovered.Itisnotthefunctionofthisspecificationtoprovideengineeringdatafordesignpurposes.Specimenspreparedbyinjectionmoldingorextrusioncouldyieldtestresultsthatmayvaryfromthevaluesinthisspecification.ThevaluesstatedinSIunits,asdetailedinIEEE/ASTMSI10,aretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section9,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1-ThematerialsofthisspecificationcanbedesignedandspecifiedaccordingtothesystemofISO12086-1andthetestmethodsofISO12086-2.DetailsareprovidedinAppendixX1.
