【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsforasustainabilitymanagementsystemforeventsandguidanceonmeetingthoserequirements.Thatis,theguidanceprovidesadditionalpracticalinformationtosupportimplementation.Thisstandardisapplicabletoanyorganizationthatwishesto:a)establish,implement,maintainandimproveasustainabilitymanagementsystemforevents;b)assureitselfofconformitywithitsstatedsustainabilitypolicy;c)demonstrateconformitywiththisstandardby:1)firstparty(self-determinationandself-declarationbytheorganizationseekingcompliance);2)secondparty(confirmationofconformancebypartieshavinganinterestintheorganization,suchasclients,orbyotherpersonsontheirbehalf);or3)anindependentthirdparty(e.g.certificationbody).Thisstandardisapplicabletoallorganizations(includingindividuals)involvedwithevents.Thisstandardisapplicabletoclients(responsibleforcommissioninganevent),organizers(theorganization,orpartnerorganizations,responsibleforeventorganization),andsuppliersandcontractors(responsibleforsupplyofgoodsand/orservicestoevents).Thespecificationisdesignedtobecapableofaddressingthemanagementofimprovedsustainabilitythroughouttheentireeventlifecyclefromconceptionandplanningthroughtoimplementationandfinalreview.
